WARRANTY
This warranty is exclusively applicable to products purchased through our authorized platforms, and is non-transferable. It is effective for the original end user from the date of delivery, based on valid tracking details in our record system.

Note: Parts and accessories not listed above are not covered by the warranty. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery, as tracked and recorded by APOL.
Levodesk™:
Electronic and mechanical functionality defects (Motor, Lifting Mechanism, Electrical Control Box, Electronic Control Panel)
Table frame and materials stemming from manufacturing defects
Chairs:
Functionality defects in parts such as hydraulics, armrests, backrest recline, and castors
All manufacturing defects of materials at the time of delivery
Missing parts or materials at the time of delivery
Products that fail to match descriptions specified on the website or promotional materials
Levodesk™ Accessories:
Missing components of the Products at the time of delivery.
Defects in the manufacturing of materials used for the Products at the time of delivery.
Defects in the functionality of the Products, including but not limited to castors, locks and mechanism systems.
Failure of the Products to correspond with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
Wear and tear including, but not limited to, degradation of PU leather, fabric, mesh, top portion of armrests, exterior of castors, tightness of mechanisms, tabletop, and desk frame.
Aesthetic defects, misalignment, and cosmetic abnormalities that do not affect functionality of the product.
Defects caused by accident, misuse, improper assembly, contact with animals, environmental conditions (such as environments with high heat, high humidity, high salinity, or polluting gases), or other acts of nature or external causes.
Consequential or incidental damage resulting from use, misuse, or inability to use the product.
Contact with moisture (including, without limitation, due to conditions such as hyperhidrosis or contact with aqueous or organic solvents), thermal degradation, or other elements known to cause material breakdown.
Use in non-domestic or non-private settings.
Abuse, negligence, accident, fire, water damage, or transportation by the customer.
Damage caused by unauthorized service providers.
Labor required to replace defective parts.
Pedestal wear and tear (dents, rusting, and paint peel-off).
How to Claim for Warranty:
Provide a detailed description of the issue along with images and/or videos via email to support@apol.sg, including the order number from the invoice.
If you refuse or are unable to send the requested images or videos, we reserve the right to invalidate your claim.
For valid claims, we will ship the defective parts to you with replacement instructions.
Appearance of replacement parts may vary from the original purchase. We may provide compatible parts if the original model is unavailable.
If repair or installation assistance is required, a labor fee of $60 will apply. Unresolved on-site issues may require the product to be returned to APOL Singapore for rectification then return to you within 7 working days.
You may need to send defective parts back to us at your cost. Shipping costs will apply if we need to collect the item.
Repaired or replaced parts under warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
For out-of-warranty items, costs for parts and services will be borne by the customer.
Limitations of Warranty:
APOL Singapore reserves the right to determine the validity of a warranty claim.
APOL Singapore decides whether a part should be repaired or replaced.
Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part only.
Replaced parts may differ in color and texture from the original.
Misuse, abuse, or improper care and maintenance voids the warranty.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser only. Subsequent owners acquire the product "as is," voiding any warranty transfer.
