WARRANTY
This warranty is exclusively applicable to products purchased through our authorized platforms, and is non-transferable. It is effective for the original end user from the date of delivery, based on valid tracking details in our record system.

Note: Parts and accessories not listed above are not covered by the warranty. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery, as tracked and recorded by APOL.
Levodesk™:
Functionality Defects: Covers defects in electronic and mechanical components (e.g., motor, lifting mechanism, electrical control box).
Manufacturing Defects: Includes table frame materials affected by manufacturing issues.
Chairs:
Functionality Defects: Covers issues in essential parts such as hydraulics, armrests, backrest, and recline mechanisms.
Manufacturing Defects: Applies to any defects in materials that are present at the time of delivery.
Missing Parts or Materials: Covers any parts missing from the product at the time of delivery.
Description Mismatch: Covers cases where the product does not match the specifications or descriptions provided on the website or promotional materials.
Levodesk™ Accessories:
Functionality Defects: Includes issues in functionality, such as problems with castors, locks, and mechanism systems.
Manufacturing Defects: Applies to any defects in materials that are present at the time of delivery.
Missing Parts or Materials: Covers any parts missing from the product at the time of delivery.
Description Mismatch: Covers cases where the product does not match the specifications or descriptions provided on the website or promotional materials.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
Wear and tear includes, but is not limited to, degradation of PU leather, fabric, and mesh; top surfaces of armrests; external surfaces of castors; mechanism tightness; tabletop and desk frame condition; and any squeaking sounds from the chair.
Aesthetic defects, misalignment, and cosmetic abnormalities that do not affect functionality of the product.
Defects caused by accident, misuse, improper assembly, contact with animals, environmental conditions (such as environments with high heat, high humidity, high salinity, or polluting gasses), or other acts of nature or external causes.
Consequential or incidental damage resulting from use, misuse, or inability to use the product.
Contact with moisture (including, without limitation, due to conditions such as hyperhidrosis or contact with aqueous or organic solvents), thermal degradation, or other elements known to cause material breakdown.
Use in non-domestic or non-private settings.
Abuse, negligence, accident, fire, water damage, or transportation by the customer.
Issues arising from unauthorized repair providers, abuse, or neglect.
Labor costs for part replacements and pedestal wear and tear (e.g., dents, rusting, paint peeling).
Warranty Claim Process
Provide Details of the Issue
Describe the issue clearly and include supporting images or videos in an email to support@apol.sg. Make sure to include your order number as referenced on the invoice.
Documentation Requirement
If images or videos are not provided, APOL reserves the right to consider the claim incomplete and may decline it.
Processing Valid Claims
For approved claims, we will courier replacement parts directly to you, along with a link to instructions for easy self-installation. Replacement parts may differ slightly in appearance from the original, but we ensure full compatibility with your model.

We provide replacement parts, including but not limited to:
Armrests
Gas lifts
Height and rocking levers
Recliners
Screws
Electrical control boxes
Electronic control panels
Motors
The parts listed above will be sent via courier, and you will receive a link with
step-by-step instructions for installation.
Delivery and Replacement Service
Courier Delivery: Parts are shipped directly to your address and replacement instructions will be given. This is the default coverage under warranty.
Onsite Service: Customers can request for replacement service that is chargeable at $40 per trip.
Carry-in Service: Customers can make appointments to carry in to APOL’s office for replacement service that is chargeable at $20 per case.
Assembly for Larger Parts
Complimentary replacement service may be available for larger items, such as table frames, backrests, seat bases, and footrests, at APOL’s discretion.
Return of Defective Parts
Customers may be responsible for the cost of returning defective parts. APOL can arrange collection, with shipping fees applied as necessary.
Warranty Coverage Period
Repaired or replaced items under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Out-of-Warranty Services
For items out of warranty, the cost of parts and services will be borne by the customer.
Note: For Magnetic Lumbar issues, please bring the item to our APOL office for verification. Approved claims will receive a brand-new replacement.
Limitations of Warranty:
APOL Singapore reserves the right to determine the validity of a warranty claim.
APOL Singapore decides whether a part should be repaired or replaced.
Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part only.
Replaced parts may differ in color and texture from the original.
Misuse, abuse, or improper care and maintenance voids the warranty
The warranty applies to the original purchaser only. Subsequent owners acquire the product "as is," voiding any warranty transfer.
