1. Chair Return Policy

APOL chairs are non-exchangeable and you have 50 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your APOL® Chair. Because it can take some time for your body to adjust to better support, we require a minimum trial of 14 days. For recommendations on how to make your seating experience better, please contact us and we would be happy to help!

Once eligibility for return is confirmed, our specialist will help to facilitate the process and the first return fee will be waived. Subsequent trips are chargeable at $20 per trip. To be eligible for a return, you must be within the 50-day trial period and have used the chair for at least 14 days. However, the chair must be in original condition, clean, and undamaged.
Upon inspection, if the item is found to be damaged or not in an original condition (Eg: Misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear, etc..), you will be refunded the full product price of the chair less the value of any discount, charges due to chair condition. The refund process will take up to 21 working days and the refunds will be given in your original form of payment mode. Any additional charges (E.g. Delivery fees and, etc) paid for the order will be deducted from the amount receivable. Please note that the Return/Refund Policy does not apply to bulk purchases.

Premium Pillows, Premium Footrest, and Cleaners are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
