This offer is only valid for deliveries within Singapore and purchases made on this website (www.apol.sg).
Pursuant to the policy, you will need to return the chair and request for refund within 50 days from the date of delivery. This applies after the required 14 days of usage since it
takes time for your body to adjust to the support provided by the chair. The chair is non-exchangeable1.

This return and refund policy does not apply to purchases made on other merchant platforms such as Shopee or Lazada. If you wish to request a return or refund, please contact the respective platform.
Please follow our return instructions below. You are responsible for ensuring that goods are returned to the correct location in good condition, including its original packaging. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged while in transit or rejected because it was sent to the wrong address.
Validity Period for returns
Within 50 days and minimum 14 days of usage from the date you received your products, based on APOL Singapore tracking records
Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for organizing their own transportation or may request APOL Singapore to arrange transportation at a cost of $30.
Conditions of Return
Goods returned must be in Original Packaging with Excellent Condition: a.Flatpack Order - Customers will need to completely disassemble the chair and place it back into the box. b.Assembly Order - Customers will need to return with the original covers/ packaging covering the backrest, seatbase, armrest, original neck rest and lumbar pillow.
Products excluded from this policy and not eligible for return and refund
1.All accessories that are bought separately 2.Fees for assembly and servicing 3.Damaged or non-original products were discovered (e.g. Misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear & fur and stain & missing of part) 4.Bulk purchases (3 and above) 5.Purchases made through sources other than the APOL Singapore website 6.Once a customer requests an exchange1, the return and refund policy will be null and void
During the inspection, if APOL Singapore discovers the following problem, we reserve the right to deduct the appropriate amount from the refunds: 1.Products that are damaged or not in their original state are discovered (E.g. Misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear, stains to the upholstery, fur and dust, overhandling, etc..) 2.The packaging has been tampered with and cannot be used 3.Any parts or items that are missing
1.After the returned goods pass our inspection, you will be refunded the full amount of your order less the value of any discount, service fees, transportation and any charges incurred due to chair condition. 2.Refunds may take up to 21 working days to process and will be credited to your bank account within 14 days, depending on your transaction payment mode.
