1. Chair Return Policy

You have 50 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your APOL® Chair. Because it can take some time for your body to adjust to better support, we require a minimum trial of 21 days. For recommendations on how to make your seating experience better, please contact us and we would be happy to help!
To initiate a return or for helpful hints, call Customer Care at +65 6570 0223 or email us at Support@apol.sg.
Once eligibility for return is confirmed, a specialist will help facilitate the process. To be eligible for a return, you must still be within your 50-day trial period and have had it for at least 21 days, and the chair must be clean and undamaged. You will be refunded the full product price of the chair less the value of any discount, charges due to chair condition. The refund process will take up to 21 working days. The Return/Exchange Policy does not extend to bulk purchase.
2. Chair Exchange Policy
Kraken, Behemoth, Sphinx
You have 50 calendar days to exchange your APOL® Chair from the date of delivery. You are allowed one exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must still be within your 50-days trial period and have had it for at least 21 days, and the chair must be clean and undamaged.
For cosmetic issue claims, please notify us within a 14 days period from date of delivery through email. Charges may apply should an exchange proceed after the 14 days period.
To initiate an exchange, call Customer Care at +65 6570 0223 or email us at Support@apol.sg. Once eligibility is confirmed, a specialist will help facilitate the process (to be eligible for an exchange, you must still be within your 50-days trial period, and the chair must be clean and undamaged).
Your 50-days trial will continue to run from the date the first chair was delivered . In most cases, your first chair will be removed at the same time the second chair is delivered.
3. Accessories Return & Exchange Policy
Premium Pillows, Premium Footrest and Cleaners are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
