We offer both leather and fabric upholstery for our chairs to suit every individual need. Although both offer excellent seating experience, there are different considerations.
To enhance comfort and provide the best seating experience:
Sphinx, Kraken, and Behemoth: Comes with a standard neck rest and lumbar pillow set.
Aevum: Includes a magnetic neck rest and lumbar pillow with cooling gel.
Aeris: Features built-in neck rest and lumbar support.

Do note that the size of the pins of the wheels to insert into the chair is 11mm which is the standard universal size for all chairs.
APOL does not take responsibility for any issues arising from using our wheels on personal chairs not purchased from us.

We offer various payment methods, including online credit card payment and PayNow using UEN: 201916729W.
In addition, we accept free installation payment methods with Grab PayLater and Atome.
We deliver our products within 3 to 5 business working days. You may make changes to your order before it is dispatched. Please contact our support team atsupport@apol.sgor +65 6570 0223at least 24 hours before delivery to avoid additional charges. Once the driver has collected the parcel, any changes will incur additional fees.
You will receive your order confirmation email once the order has been successfully placed. When the date is nearer, our support team will reach out to you via WhatsApp to confirm the delivery date and time. Your order will be dispatched accordingly.

If you have a fabric chair, it is recommended to use a fabric cleaner or any other suitable store-bought cleaner for fabric furniture. Spritz it over the chair and wipe it off with a dampened cloth to remove any stubborn sweat or water stains. Allow the chair to air dry afterward. For dust or food particles, a handheld vacuum can be used. To freshen up the chair, you may use a Febreze spray.
For a leather chair, you should use a leather polish with a microfiber cloth or sponge, polishing it all over. It is advisable to do this at least once or twice a month to prolong the lifespan of the leather.
PU Leather
Synthetic leather does not share the same durability and quality as natural leather. Hence, it is critical to maintain PU leather to ensure it stays moisturized for improved durability. Below are essential tips for proper PU leather care.
Avoid Stains and Spills
New PU leather is waterproof, but its moisture-resistance level peters out as the material ages. But spills and stains are inevitable; when that happens, you need to act fast to ensure that leather doesn't stain or become cracked. Therefore, avoid situations that might introduce water, stains, or spills. For instance, avoid sitting or leaning on your leather couch with clammy or damp clothes.
Clean PU Leather Using a Soft, Damp Cloth
The secret to proper
faux synthetic-leather maintenance is to clean it using a soft, non-abrasive, and slightly damp cloth. Note that the cloth/towel must be
slightly damp and not wet. Using too much of the protective chemicals leaves traces of the chemical on the leather surface. It then dries out and damages the leather. For proper maintenance, clean the leather at least once a week.
Avoid Direct Sunlight
Whether in the workplace or home office, people tend to place their leather chairs near the window to maximize natural light. As you do that, remember direct sunlight is a leather enemy and will cause it to dry and flake off. It would be best to place your PU leather products in a shaded spot for extended longevity.
Please keep in mind that leather may naturally experience some peeling or cracking after extended use, depending on individual usage, heat, and moisture exposure. If you are concerned about further wear and tear, you might consider switching to fabric versions as replacement parts or opt for chair covers to protect the surface.
To submit a claim, please email support@apol.sg and attach photos or videos of the issue. Be sure to include a picture of the PI number, located at the bottom of the seat base. Our support team will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Our pillow accessories, including the magnetic neckrest, normal neckrest, and premium lumbar support, are not designed to be unzipped due to their curved shape, which makes it challenging to zip them back. As such, the zip handles have been intentionally removed.
