We offer both PU leather and fabric upholstery for our chairs to suit every individual need. Although both offer excellent seating experience, there are different considerations.
PU Leather is stylish, durable and the smooth textured leather makes it comfortable against the skin. Our seat base upholstery is carefully designed with small pores to encourage breathability and airflow. If you perspire easily or work in a non-air-conditioned environment, you might want to consider our APOL fabric chairs. Leather chairs are generally easier to maintain, and it is water-resistant. Thanks to the smooth finish, you can easily clean the leather chair by applying our APOL leather cleaner and simply wipe the substances right off the chair to maintain the optimal condition.
Fabric chairs are specifically engineered with breathability in mind. Our fabric chairs are soft against the skin and generally cooler due to the nature of the material as it allows airflow to pass through easily. However, if you frequently have your meal at your workstation, do note that any spills or dirt will be easily absorbed by the fabric. You may consider applying APOL fabric cleaner to maintain the chair in tip-top condition.
To provide additional comfort and best seating experience, we provide standard Neck Rest and Lumbar Pillow set for every chair purchased.

We aim to deliver all orders within the selected date and time slot but on the rare occasion that there are any changes, we’ll do our best to give you a call at least 1 working day in advance to update you.
For certain areas such as restricted zones, islands, CBD towers, no-lift areas, additional delivery charges may apply. Please check with us if you are unsure about the additional costs. A Pre-Order is an advance online purchase made before the product is available to ship. The estimated shipping date for Pre-Order products can be found in individual product’s page. The shipping date is an estimate of when your order will be available for shipment. When your order is finalised, we will send you an email confirmation receipt and message.
Once your order arrives at our warehouse, you will be notified via WhatsApp. Please note that delivery may be delayed if you are unable to accept an attempted delivery or other unforeseen circumstance outside of our control.
It is free of charge for all local deliveries within Singapore. You may choose to get your chair pre-assembled by our technical team for S$29 per chair during check out.
S$20 fee will be levied for a repeated delivery.
Your chair will be delivered to your door neatly wrapped by local courier. We strive to deliver all orders by the preferred delivery date and time, please make sure that someone is available to accept the chair.
In the event of a rare occasion where there are changes to the delivery date and time, we will make every effort to reach out to you one working day in advance.
Our warranty is applicable for the following products effective for their respective periods as follow:
Aevum Series Chairs - 3 Years / 5 Years*
Sphinx, Kraken, Behemoth Series Chairs - 2 Years

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or tampering in any way, including the use of harsh cleaning chemicals and abrasive cleaning cloths.
For a period of two (2) years / three (3) years (Aevum Series), APOL chairs are warranted against:
1. Manufacturing defects of materials used at the time of delivery
2. Missing parts or materials at the time of delivery
3. Manufacturing defects in parts such as hydraulics, armrests, backrest recline, and casters
4. Products that fail to perform within the description
Subject to the following:

All parts replaced or repaired under this warranty shall be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period

keep liquids away from your chair and wipe it down on a regular basis to keep it clean.

moisturized for improved durability. Below are essential tips for proper PU leather care.
Avoid Stains and Spills
New PU leather is
waterproof, but its moisture-resistance level peters out as the material
ages. But spills and stains are inevitable; when that happens, you need
to act fast to ensure that leather doesn't stain or become cracked.
Therefore, avoid situations that might introduce water, stains, or
spills. For instance, avoid sitting or leaning on your leather couch
with clammy or damp clothes.
Clean PU Leather Using a Soft, Damp Cloth
The secret to proper
faux synthetic-leather maintenance is to clean it using a soft,
non-abrasive, and slightly damp cloth. Note that the cloth/towel must be
slightly damp and not wet. Using too much of the protective chemicals
leaves traces of the chemical on the leather surface. It then dries out
and damages the leather. For proper maintenance, clean the leather at
least once a week.
Avoid Direct Sunlight
Whether in the
workplace or home office, people tend to place their leather chairs near
the window to maximize natural light. As you do that, remember direct
sunlight is a leather enemy and will cause it to dry and flake off. It
