What are the differences between Sphinx, Kraken and Behemoth?
APOL chairs are designed with the intention to fit different individual builds. All chairs are explicitly designed to last, made with high-quality cold cure form to ensure the user weight is evenly spread throughout. All APOL chairs come with the same features as this will allow our customers to focus on the seating experience.

Should I get a PU leather or a Fabric chair?
APOL chairs offer both PU leather and fabric upholstery. Although both offer excellent seating experience, there are different consideration such as:
PU Leather is easier to maintain and water-resistant. The seat base is carefully designed with small pores to allow breathability and airflow. If you perspire easily or in a non-air-conditioned environment, you might want to consider our APOL fabric chairs. You may consider applying APOL leather cleaner to maintain the chair in optimal condition.
Fabric chairs are generally cooler due to the nature of the material as it allows airflow to pass through easily. However, if you frequently have your meal at your workstation, do note that any spills or dirt will be easily absorbed by the fabric. You may consider applying APOL leather cleaner to maintain the chair in tip-top condition.

At the moment we do not provide customization of chairs.
ORDERS & PAYMENT METHODS
What are the available payment methods?
You can make payment for your order with your credit card through secured Shopify payment method or GrabPay. In addition, we do accept free installation payment with Hoolah or GrabPay later.
I’ve placed an order. Can I still make changes to my order?
Please reach out to our support team (email@example.com) or +65 6570 0223 as soon as possible and we will do their best to assist you.
What is the status of my order?
You will receive your order confirmation email once the order has been successfully placed. When the date is nearer, our support team will reach out to you via Whatsapp to confirm the delivery date and time. Your order will be dispatched accordingly.
How much will shipping and assembly cost?
Delivery to your doorstep is S$20 and you may request for your chair to be pre-assembled by our technical team for another S$29 per location.
What is the price for reattempted delivery?
Reattempted delivery will be chargeable at S$20.
How will my order be delivered?
You will receive your chair at your doorstep nicely wrapped. As we aim to deliver all orders within the preferred delivery date and time, please ensure that someone will be available to receive the chair.
In the event of a rare occasion where there are changes to the delivery date and time, we will do our best to reach out to you one working day in advance.
Do you ship outside of Singapore?
Our current focus is on the local market and we are working on plans to ship overseas. We will update the necessary information upon availability.
WARRANTY, REFUND & RETURN
What does your warranty cover?
APOL chairs are warranted for a period of two (2) years against:
Manufacturing defects of materials used at the time of delivery
Missing parts or materials at the time of delivery
Manufacturing defects in parts such as hydraulics, armrests, backrest recline, and casters
Products that fail to perform within the description
Subject to the following:
APOL Singapore must be informed of such defect via image or video being sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
All parts replaced or repaired under this warranty shall be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period

Synthetic leather does not share the same durability and quality as natural leather. Hence, it is critical to maintain PU leather to ensure it stays moisturized for improved durability. Below are essential tips for proper PU leather care.
Avoid Stains and Spills
New PU leather is waterproof, but its moisture-resistance level peters out as the material ages. But spills and stains are inevitable; when that happens, you need to act fast to ensure that leather doesn't stain or become cracked. Therefore, avoid situations that might introduce water, stains, or spills. For instance, avoid sitting or leaning on your leather couch with clammy or damp clothes.
Clean PU Leather Using a Soft, Damp Cloth
The secret to proper faux synthetic-leather maintenance is to clean it using a soft, non-abrasive, and slightly damp cloth. Note that the cloth/towel must be slightly damp and not wet. Using too much of the protective chemicals leaves traces of the chemical on the leather surface. It then dries out and damages the leather. For proper maintenance, clean the leather at least once a week.
Avoid Direct Sunlight
Whether in the workplace or home office, people tend to place their leather chairs near the window to maximize natural light. As you do that, remember direct sunlight is a leather enemy and will cause it to dry and flake off. It would be best to place your PU leather products in a shaded spot for extended longevity.
