What are the differences between Sphinx, Kraken and Behemoth?
APOL ergonomic chairs are designed with the intention to fit different individual builds. All chairs are explicitly designed to last and made with high-quality cold cure form to ensure the user weight is evenly spread throughout. All the three models come with the same features, and each individually shaped for ideal seating experience.

Should I get a PU leather or a Fabric chair?
We offer both PU leather and fabric upholstery for our ergonomic office chairs to suit every individual need. Although both offer excellent seating experience, there are different considerations.
PU Leather is stylish, durable and the smooth textured leather makes it comfortable against the skin. Our seat base upholstery is carefully designed with small pores to encourage breathability and airflow. If you perspire easily or work in a non-air-conditioned environment, you might want to consider our APOL fabric chairs. Leather chairs are generally easier to maintain, and it is water-resistant. Thanks to the smooth finish, you can easily clean the leather chair by applying our APOL leather cleaner and simply wipe the substances right off the chair to maintain the optimal condition.
Fabric chairs are specifically engineered with breathability in mind. Our fabric chairs are soft against the skin and generally cooler due to the nature of the material as it allows airflow to pass through easily. However, if you frequently have your meal at your workstation, do note that any spills or dirt will be easily absorbed by the fabric. You may consider applying APOL leather cleaner to maintain the chair in tip-top condition.
Is the Neck Rest and Lumbar Pillow set included for every chairs?
To provide additional comfort and best seating experience, we provide standard Neck Rest and Lumbar Pillow set for every chair purchased.

We aim to deliver all orders within the selected date and time slot but on the rare occasion that there are any changes, we’ll do our best to give you a call at least 1 working day in advance to update you.
For certain areas such as restricted zones, islands, CBD towers, no-lift areas, additional delivery charges may apply. Please check with us if you are unsure about the additional costs. Accessories will also be delivered by local courier service and should take about 2 to 3 working days to reach you.

What are the available payment methods?
For credit card payments, you will be led to the respective secure websites for convenient payment method. In addition, we accept free installation payment methods with Hoolah, Grab PayLater and Atome.
I’ve placed an order. Can I still make changes to my order?
We deliver our products within 3 to 5 business working days. You may make changes before the order is being dispatched. Please contact our support team (support@apol.sg) or +65 6570 0223 and we will do everything we can to help you.
What is the status of my order?
You will receive your order confirmation email once the order has been successfully placed. When the date is nearer, our support team will reach out to you via WhatsApp to confirm the delivery date and time. Your order will be dispatched accordingly.
PRE-ORDER
Pre-Order Note
A Pre-Order is an advance online purchase made before the product is available to ship. The estimated shipping date for Pre-Order products can be found in individual product’s page. The shipping date is an estimate of when your order will be available for shipment. When your order is finalised, we will send you an email confirmation receipt and message.
Once your order arrives at our warehouse, you will be notified via WhatsApp. Please note that delivery may be delayed if you are unable to accept an attempted delivery or other unforeseen circumstance outside of our control.
SHIPPING
How much will shipping and assembly cost?
It is free of charge for all local deliveries within Singapore. You may choose to get your chair pre-assembled by our technical team for S$29 per chair during check out.
What is the price for reattempted delivery?
S$20 fee will be levied for a repeated delivery.
How will my order be delivered?
Your chair will be delivered to your door neatly wrapped by local courier. We strive to deliver all orders by the preferred delivery date and time, please make sure that someone is available to accept the chair.
In the event of a rare occasion where there are changes to the delivery date and time, we will make every effort to reach out to you one working day in advance.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available for selected countries. For international shipping, please refer to the provided link for an estimated guide on shipping rates and delivery time. All international orders will be shipped via DHL.
At the shipping destination, all international deliveries may be subject to customs checks and duties. Any taxes or customs fees incurred as a result of your purchase are the customer's responsibility and must be paid in full.
WARRANTY, REFUND & RETURN
What is APOL Singapore warranty policy?
All functionality aspects of the chair are covered by a 2-year warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or tampering in any way, including the use of harsh cleaning chemicals and abrasive cleaning cloths.

How should I look after my chair?
We design our chairs to withstand years of daily use, but appropriate aftercare is still required to keep them in excellent condition. Try to keep liquids away from your chair and wipe it down on a regular basis to keep it clean.
How can I keep my APOL PU leather chair in good condition?
PU Leather
Synthetic leather does not share the same durability and quality as natural leather. Hence, it is critical to maintain PU leather to ensure it stays moisturized for improved durability. Below are essential tips for proper PU leather care.
Avoid Stains and Spills
New PU leather is waterproof, but its moisture-resistance level peters out as the material ages. But spills and stains are inevitable; when that happens, you need to act fast to ensure that leather doesn't stain or become cracked. Therefore, avoid situations that might introduce water, stains, or spills. For instance, avoid sitting or leaning on your leather couch with clammy or damp clothes.
Clean PU Leather Using a Soft, Damp Cloth
The secret to proper faux synthetic-leather maintenance is to clean it using a soft, non-abrasive, and slightly damp cloth. Note that the cloth/towel must be slightly damp and not wet. Using too much of the protective chemicals leaves traces of the chemical on the leather surface. It then dries out and damages the leather. For proper maintenance, clean the leather at least once a week.
Avoid Direct Sunlight
Whether in the workplace or home office, people tend to place their leather chairs near the window to maximize natural light. As you do that, remember direct sunlight is a leather enemy and will cause it to dry and flake off. It would be best to place your PU leather products in a shaded spot for extended longevity.

Why is there no zipper head for pillows?
Our pillows are not supposed to be unzipped as due to its curved shape it will prove quite a challenge to zip it back, hence the zip handles for the normal neck rest and premium lumbar is removed
What is the best ergonomic chair for lower back pain?

Which is the best ergonomic chair?

What is the correct ergonomic sitting position?
The correct ergonomic seating position necessitates both feet on the floor, which balances the pelvis and facilitates arching the lower back. Elbows should be at your sides, forming an L-shape.
You should sit up straight without slouching to ensure bones, joints, ligaments, and muscles are properly aligned. Hips should be far back in the chair and knees should be in line with your hips.
