1. General

- Participation in the APOL Trade-In Program ("Program") is voluntary. By participating, the customer agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- APOL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- APOL retains sole discretion to determine the eligibility of trade-in items and the valuation offered.
- APOL reserves the right to determine the final trade-in value and decide whether to collect the chair.

2. Eligibility

- Only APOL-branded gaming chairs and mesh chairs are eligible for trade-in.
- Trade-in credit is only applicable to customers who intend to make an immediate purchase of new APOL products.
- Customers must provide accurate information about the condition of their items when requesting for trade-in.

3. Trade-In Process

- Customers must submit a trade-in request through APOL’s designated channels.

4. Trade-In Value and Credit

- Customers can receive up to $50 in APOL store credit, which can be used for purchases at apol.sg or APOL’s Show Room.
- Store credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Trade-in credit must be used on the date that the credit has been issued to the customer.
- Once it is verified, and there is no reply from customer, the process will be forfeited and restart the whole process.

5. Disputes and Final Decision

- APOL reserves the right to reject any trade-in request at its discretion.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the valuation of a trade-in chairs, APOL’s decision shall be final.

6. Modification of Terms

- APOL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- By continuing to participate in the Program after any changes, you agree to the updated Terms and Conditions.
